Bone Crush

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026

Bone Crush is an offline-first match-three puzzle game. Game progress is stored on your device. The App uses Google services for between-level advertising, privacy choices, and purchases made through Google Play.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Bone Crush (package name com.bonecrush.game), provided by The Skynth (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@theskynth.com.

2. Information stored locally

The App stores your highest unlocked level, recent completed-game records and best level scores, reduced-effects preference, Remove Ads entitlement, advertising timing, and consent-related state on your device. Purchase details and signatures are processed to verify and acknowledge purchases and restore ownership through Google Play.

We do not operate a Bone Crush account system, cloud-save service, or separate player database. Game progress is not sent to our own servers. Android backup is enabled: depending on your device and backup settings, eligible app data may be backed up by Android or your device provider under their policies.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

Bone Crush uses Google AdMob to show interstitial advertisements between levels. Ads do not require the player to request a rewarded video. The App limits ad frequency and suppresses advertisements after a verified Remove Ads purchase.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares data for advertising, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. This can include IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising ID, app set ID and applicable device/account identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and performance information. The App does not request GPS location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents advertising privacy choices. You can revisit them using Ad privacy on the home screen when that control is required and available. Advertising identifiers can also be managed in Android settings. Withdrawing consent does not erase earlier processing. Buying Remove Ads prevents future in-game ad requests but does not erase information already processed by Google.

Read the Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses data from partner apps, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.

4. Google Play purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. Google may process purchase details, account information, device information, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. The App stores only the information needed locally to recognize and restore an applicable entitlement.

5. How information is used

Information described in this policy is used to:

6. Legal bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss users

Where applicable, processing may rely on:

You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Sharing and international processing

We do not independently sell your personal information. Third-party advertising data sharing is described above; applicable regional privacy choices may be offered through Google’s consent interface. Information may be processed by Google as a service provider or independent controller, depending on the service and context. Google may process information in countries outside your country of residence and uses legal mechanisms intended to protect international data transfers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the public, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization. Because we do not currently operate our own game-data servers, we do not maintain a separate server-side player database.

8. Retention and deletion

Locally stored game information remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App, subject to Android backup and restore behavior. Manage any device backups separately through your Android or backup-provider settings. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently remove local progress. A Google Play purchase may remain associated with your Google account so that Google can restore it. Google retains advertising, consent, diagnostic, and transaction information according to its own policies and legal obligations.

The App currently does not create a separate online player account. To delete local Bone Crush information, use Android Settings > Apps > Bone Crush > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the App. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning information controlled by us, contact us using the details below. Requests concerning Google-controlled information may also need to be submitted directly to Google.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing and disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children’s privacy

Bone Crush is not directed to children under 13. Players must meet the applicable store age rating and any higher regional minimum age. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Store age ratings and regional minimum ages may also apply.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App and the information processed. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the Google Play listing where appropriate.
