Card Duel 21

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

Card Duel 21 is an offline-first entertainment card game. Game progress is stored on your device. The App uses Google services for optional rewarded advertising, privacy choices, and purchases made through Google Play.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Card Duel 21 (package name com.hundredgames.cardduel), provided by The Skynth (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@theskyth.com.

2. Information stored locally

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

We do not currently operate a Card Duel 21 account system or cloud-save service, and this locally stored game information is not uploaded to our own servers.

3. Advertising and consent

The App offers optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. You choose whether to request a rewarded advertisement. If you complete an eligible rewarded advertisement, the App grants an in-game diamond reward. Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device and advertising identifiers, general device information, diagnostic information, approximate location derived from IP address, and advertising interactions. Google may use this information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising in accordance with your privacy choices and applicable law.

Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store your advertising privacy choices. You can revisit applicable choices through the Privacy and cookie settings control in the App when available in your region.

Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at Google’s partner-sites information page and read the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Google Play purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. Google may process purchase details, account information, device information, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. The App stores only the information needed locally to recognize and restore an applicable entitlement.

5. How information is used

Information described in this policy is used to:

6. Legal bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss users

Where applicable, processing may rely on:

You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google as a service provider or independent controller, depending on the service and context. Google may process information in countries outside your country of residence and uses legal mechanisms intended to protect international data transfers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the public, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization. Because we do not currently operate our own game-data servers, we do not maintain a separate server-side player database.

8. Retention and deletion

Locally stored game information remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently remove local progress. A Google Play purchase may remain associated with your Google account so that Google can restore it. Google retains advertising, consent, diagnostic, and transaction information according to its own policies and legal obligations.

The App currently does not create a separate online player account. To delete local Card Duel 21 information, use Android Settings > Apps > Card Duel 21 > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the App. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning information controlled by us, contact us using the details below. Requests concerning Google-controlled information may also need to be submitted directly to Google.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing and disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children’s privacy

Card Duel 21 is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Store age ratings and regional minimum ages may also apply.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App and the information processed. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the Google Play listing where appropriate.
