Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days and ship directly from China to customers in the United States. The current estimated delivery window is 7–10 business days after dispatch. The checkout page shows the shipping method and total charge before payment.

Any shipping charge is shown before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, provide a revised date, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund as applicable.

Destinations and tracking

This store currently accepts orders with a United States delivery address only. Once an order ships, we send its tracking code to the email used at checkout. Contact us promptly if your address is wrong; we cannot promise changes after fulfilment begins.

Customs and import charges

Displayed USD prices include our current estimate of the import duties, tariffs, and customs charges required for standard delivery from China to the United States. No VAT is added to a US order. Applicable state or local sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required.

Customs rules and tariff rates can change quickly. We may update prices for future orders. If a regulatory or carrier change makes an accepted order materially more expensive or prevents duties-paid delivery, we may contact you before dispatch to offer a revised arrangement or cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will not add an undisclosed SkynthGoods charge after you have paid. If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests payment, contact us before paying so we can investigate.

Damage, defects, and missing parcels

If a parcel is damaged, incomplete, defective, or does not arrive, email info@theskynth.com with the order number and clear photos or video where available. After verification, we may send a replacement or issue a partial or full refund. We do not require an approved damaged or incomplete product to be mailed to a return address.
