How to read a claim

Mechanism, dose,
protocol, outcome.

A plausible mechanism is the beginning of a scientific question. Human evidence becomes useful when the exposure is measured, the protocol is reproducible, the comparison is fair, and the outcome is assessed with an appropriate method.
