How the technology works

Four functions focused on the eye contour.

The supplied panel identifies 430 nm blue light, 620 nm red light, high-frequency vibration, and low-frequency microcurrent or EMS.

Translated supplier technology panel for LAYOR Mini
01

Red and blue light

The device lists 620 nm red and 430 nm blue light. Red-light research is relevant to collagen support; blue light is better established for acne-related bacteria than for fine lines.

02

Microcurrent or EMS

Low-frequency electrical pulses stimulate the small muscles around the eye contour during contact. Begin at the lowest comfortable intensity.

03

High-frequency vibration

Gentle movement helps spread eye cream evenly while reducing the need to rub the delicate eye area by hand.

Evidence context: technology specifications and study figures shown in translated panels come from the supplied product materials and internal reports. Results can vary by person, technique, dose, and consistency.

Explore the available modes. Consult the supplied manual for the full operating instructions.

01

Blue Light

A verified 430nm alternate light program. Eye-area anti-aging results are not established for this device.

02

Red Light

A verified 620nm red-light program. Results depend on output and dose, which were not supplied.

03

Gentle EMS

Electrical pulses create a mild muscle-stimulation sensation during use.

04

Vibration Massage

Spreads eye cream evenly while reducing rubbing by hand; it is not presented as proof of deeper absorption.

Session timing & mode order

How long to use it.
When to change modes.

Session minutes are not stated in the supplied material

Timing source

The supplied LAYOR instructions explain application, mode selection, point pressing, and cleaning, but they do not state a session duration. A minute count would therefore be an unsupported addition.

Changing modes

Select the program that matches the intended step and follow the included manual. The supplied instructions do not tell users to switch light or EMS programs midway, so do not change programs partway through unless the included manual directs you to. Stop if the sensation becomes uncomfortable.

No source-defined duration

Blue Light

Keep the contact points along the orbital bone and away from the eyelid and eyeball.

No source-defined duration

Red Light

The supplied instructions do not call for a mid-session light change.

No source-defined duration

Gentle EMS

Begin at the lowest comfortable intensity and stop if the sensation is uncomfortable.

No source-defined duration

Vibration Massage

Use over eye cream or serum with gentle point presses along the orbital bone.

Manual takes priority: use the instructions packed with your device if they specify a different automatic cycle, contraindication, or placement rule for your exact model.

Questions, answered

What you may feel.
Where each mode belongs.

Clear answers about electrical sensations, light selection, and careful use around the eyes.

Why can I feel tingling when I use the device?

The Gentle EMS function uses electrical pulses, so a mild pulsing or tingling sensation can occur. The red and blue light themselves should not create a tingle. Apply eye cream or serum as directed, begin at the lowest comfortable intensity, and stop if you feel pain, burning, eye twitching, numbness, or lingering irritation.

Which light should I choose if wrinkles are my concern?

Choose the red-light program. The supplied specification identifies it as 620 nm, which is closer to wavelengths studied for photoaged skin than the 430 nm blue program. The device’s irradiance and delivered dose have not been supplied, so the wavelength alone does not establish a wrinkle-reduction result.

Is this eye device safe to place directly on my eyelids?

No. Use the contact points along the orbital bone beneath the eye and at the outer corner, as shown in the supplied instructions. Do not place the head on the eyelid or eyeball, and do not look directly into the LEDs. Follow any eye-protection instruction in the included manual.

Can every program be used in every part of the eye area?

No. The device is intended for the eye area, but placement still matters. Keep every program on the external orbital area shown in the supplied guide. The source material does not authorize use on the mobile eyelid, lash line, inner corner, or eyeball.

Stop and reassess: mild electrical pulsing can occur in an EMS, microcurrent, or MFIP program. Pain, burning, strong involuntary twitching around the eye, vision changes, numbness, or irritation that persists after use are reasons to stop and seek appropriate medical advice.
