- Remove makeup and cleanse your face.
- For Cleaning mode, attach a damp cotton pad. For Penetration, Lifting, Beauty, or Special mode, apply a water-based serum or gel.
- Select a mode and start at the lowest comfortable intensity. Keep the full contact surface against the skin while moving it; near the eyes, stay on the orbital bone.
- Finish with Cool mode for immediate soothing comfort.
- The supplied Mesmooth material specifies 3 minutes for the full-face Lifting program. It does not provide a verified minute count for the other five modes; follow the included manual for those cycles.

Why can I feel tingling during Lifting or Special mode?
Lifting uses EMS and Special uses a lower-intensity electrical program, so a mild pulsing or tingling sensation can occur when the contact head is fully against the skin. Dry contact can make the sensation feel sharper. Apply a water-based serum or gel, begin at the lowest comfortable intensity, and stop if you feel pain, burning, eye twitching, numbness, or lingering irritation.
Which light setting should I use for wrinkles?
Use the device’s Beauty program as directed rather than selecting a light color independently. Red and near-infrared light have the strongest general research interest for photoaged skin, but the Mesmooth wavelength, irradiance, and delivered dose have not been supplied. The website therefore cannot promise a wrinkle result from the light program.
Can I use Mesmooth near my eyes?
Use only the dedicated Special program around the eye area, at the lowest comfortable intensity, and keep the head on the orbital bone. Do not place it on the eyelid or eyeball, and do not look directly into the light source.
Are all six modes suitable for the eye area?
